It’s not only used for marital issues. It means separation. We are guilty of divorce when we leave our first love (Jesus Christ) and follow “other things.” How many times have you divorced Jesus when you refuse to do His will? Your relationship with Jesus must wax stronger everyday. You must grow deeper in His love. Remember His word in John 14:15,if you love Him,you will keep His commandments. The moment you refuse to do what you should do (to obey Him),you have divorced. You decided to “marry” what you should subdue (flesh). God hates divorce. Shalom.

DIVORCE || MARRIAGE
Marriage is the AGREEMENT between two mature people(male and female)to become husband and wife(Amos 3:3).Tell me, why divorce? Settle any disagreement between you and your spouse amicably,remember that marriage is TILL DEATH DO US APART.
I think seeking divorce is craziness,cos
1)both of you should have agreed over issues of life,over things that can bring separation
2)you already know the dos and don’ts/likes and dislikes of your spouse and other necessary things before you venture into wedding plans.It’s only a fool that wnt follow those steps.
But we still need God cos people can change. That’s why you must look before you leap,but how? BE A FRIEND OF GOD(He knows everything).Dnt think you are wise,you can’t judge people by being spiritual,wealthy,and other good qualities.
I congratulate the singles,you still have the chance and it will be silly if you repeat the mistake of your elders.. Be a friend of God.. How? By being obedient to His commandments..
If you think marital unfaithfulness,etc are the causes of divorce,that means you are not close to God to pray for your spouse
Remedies for an unhealthy marriage
*be sorry and repent from past wrongs
*desire to obey God
*pray for each other.
OBEY GOD TODAY!!!
